Management of BNCDF is governed by 15 members of the Executive Committee (EC) representing stakeholders from all the focused areas. All activity implementation and management are carried out by EC which acts as a control body of the forum and represents as an executive body. Local unit activities are carried out and implemented by local EC. The Executive Committee decision is final which is not included in the constitution. The EC is vested with the power to recruit special councils, committees, sub-committee, boards, or other organizations. It has the power to frame, alter or repeal any rules, regulations, and by-laws as well as getting approval of it from the registration authority.
